POS-473 RENAL OUTCOME AND MONOCLONAL GAMMOPATHY IN 40 PATIENTS : A SINGLE CENTER EXPERIENCE

The kidney is commonly involved in monoclonal gammopathy . This involvement can manifest with varying clinical presentations. objective of our study to describe the renal outcome associated gammopathies and determine predictive factors favorable response after chemotherapy We performed a retrospective observational over period 7 years (January 2012 – December 2018) including patients hospitalized nephrology department disease gammopathy. included 40 related mean age was 62 years. There were 19 men 21 women. A peak noted 82,5% IgG main isotype( 50% ). These classified as Multiple myeloma 34 patients, POEMS one case 5 MGRS. given based on bortezomide-thalidomide-dexamethasone 30% cases. An autograft bone marrow done case. Two groups identified, group 1with good (17 patients) 2 poor (12 patients). Survival significantly (the survival 17.4 months 1 , against 7.4 ),p =0 ,017.In order chemotherapy, par characteristics compared between two groups. Univariate analysis showed statistically significant difference terms age, albumin level LDH level.In multivariate analysis, age> 65 identified factor an level> 35g / l protective factor. Kidney damage common during GM. Their management prognosis have improved considerably recent years, advent new therapeutic agents.
